1. What data do we collect?

Contact data: name, email address, telephone number
Move details: from/to address, moving date, household size
Communication data: messages sent via our contact or quote form
Technical data: IP address, browser type, pages visited (anonymised via Google Analytics)

2. Why do we collect this data?

To prepare and send you a personalised moving quote
To plan and execute your move
To send you a review invitation after your move (opt-out available)
To improve our website and services

3. Legal basis

We process your data on the basis of: (a) the execution of an agreement, (b) your consent (for marketing communications), or (c) our legitimate interest (service improvement).

4. How long do we keep your data?

We keep your data for a maximum of 7 years (Dutch tax law requirement for invoices). Contact data without a completed move is deleted after 1 year.

5. Third parties

We do not sell your data. We only share data with parties needed to perform our service (e.g. our accounting software). All processors are bound by a data processing agreement.

6. Your rights
